EXPERIENCED MICROSOFT DYNAMICS AX (AXAPTA) CONSULTANTS
Job Duties:
- Facilitate discovery, design, development, and deployment activities
- Manage resources and deliver project tasks, both external and internal
- Perform gap analysis between system functionality and client requirements
- Communicate and document system specifications for clients and team members
- Document test scenarios and perform unit, system, and data conversion testing tasks
- Provide excellent customer interface skills throughout the project life cycle
- Provide periodic status reports and accurate estimates and timelines of work
- Ability to work on multiple projects
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of real-world, full life-cycle AX implementation experience
- Certification(s) in any of the following disciplines:
- AX Financials
- AX Trade & Logistics
- AX Production
- AX Shop Floor Control
- AX Development
- AX Enterprise Portal Development
- AX Installation and Configuration
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience and certifications with other ERP packages such as Oracle eBusiness Suite, JD Edwards, SAP, Peoplesoft, BAAN, or Epicor is helpful
- Supply Chain Management and / or Retail Management software experience is also helpful
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technically oriented field
- Working knowledge of relational databases and data migration concepts
- Team player with strong communication, organization, and client interaction skills
- Ability to travel up to 80% domestically

MICROSOFT DYNAMICS AX (AXAPTA) TECHNICAL CONSULTANT
In this role, you will work with the technical aspects of Microsoft’s AXAPTA ERP system with regards to Architecture, Enhancements, and Administration. You will be responsible for making recommendations and creating customized solutions for our clients in the areas of integration, data conversion, and software extensions.
Job Duties:
- Perform technical development, customization, and upgrade activities including design and programming in applicable tools and languages
- Support system implementations by assisting in system and networking installation and administration tasks
- Ensure standards are followed on all interfaces, conversions and modifications
- Provide periodic status reports to manager and/or client
- Provide accurate estimations and timelines of work performed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science or related field
- Must be a team player with strong communication, organizational, project management, and client interaction skills
- Object-oriented programming with any of the following: C#, VB.NET, C++, or Java.
- X++ knowledge or experience is a plus
- Proven track record of 2+ years development experience with AXAPTA is a plus
- Distribution and/or Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
- Knowledge of the following elements are helpful, but not required: Active Directory, Terminal Services, SharePoint
Desired Certifications (one or more of the following):
- AXAPTA Development
- AXAPTA Enterprise Portal Development

SUPPLY CHAIN SYSTEMS CONSULTANT
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing or leading Warehouse Management or Transportation Management System implementations. Assisting clients in bridging the gap between their distribution operation and technology, by tailoring the solution to meet their specific requirements.
- Perform all Service Delivery implementation tasks
- Project planning
- Managing project tasks - both external and internal
- Facilitating / assisting with software application design and setup
- Designing custom technical interfaces, modifications, data conversions
- Developing custom technical interfaces, modifications, data conversions
- Unit, System, User Acceptance Testing and facilitating of this testing
- Implementation support
- Ensure standards are followed on all technical work
- Provide periodic status reports to manager and/or client
- Provide accurate estimates and timelines of work performed
Successful candidates for this position must possess a Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, CE, IE or related field. At least 2 years of industry experience is preferred, and should include heavy application and/or technical experience in the Supply Chain industry.
Experience with any of the following tier one Supply Chain software products (Manhattan, Red Prairie, HighJump, or Softeon) is also a plus, as is a strong background with MS Windows architecture and technology. In order to succeed in this role, you must be a team player with strong communication, organizational, project management and client interaction skills. Domestic travel will be required.

LAWSON SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT
Job Responsibilities:

- Facilitating / assisting with application design and setup

- Unit, System, Conversion Testing and facilitating of this testing
- Implementation support
- Ensure standards are followed on all interfaces, conversions and modifications
- Provide periodic status reports to manager and/or client
- Provide accurate estimate and timelines of work performed
- Travel to client sites during the business week is necessary.
- A 5-10 year business background in Procurement, preferably in the Healthcare industry
Successful candidates for this position must possess a Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS or related field, along with a minimum of 3-5 years Lawson consulting experience with Financial & Procurement implementations. This experience must include heavy application/technical experience in the Financial application. A 5-10 year business background in Procurement in the Healthcare industry is preferable, as well as a strong, proven functional implementation background with the Lawson Procurement software product. To succeed in this role, you must be a team player with strong communication, organizational, project management and client interaction.
