Wilton Products (formerly Wilton Industries) is a leading food crafting and housewares company based in Woodridge, IL. Wilton was founded in 1929, and made a name for themselves in the cake decorating and baking business. Today, they operate out of three large distribution facilities in the Woodridge and Romeoville, IL. They distribute top brands such as Wilton, Copco, The Weston Gallery, Dimensions, and EK Successes.

Blue Horseshoe was selected to implement Wilton’s Warehouse Management System (Manhattan’s iSeries product) in all of their facilities, as well as lead the entire integration effort with their JDE host application. Blue Horseshoe provided the implementation services for the project, from the system design, to the configuration and development, to the testing, training, and support phases.

Wilton was able to achieve nearly 100% inventory accuracy with the WMS implementation, and had significant savings and efficiencies in labor. Their order accuracy and customer satisfaction has been dramatically improved since the implementation, as all of the necessary retail labeling and EDI requirements have been met. Wilton was very satisfied with Blue Horseshoe as their implementation partner, which is demonstrated through the continued partnership throughout the last 10 years.
