Simplehuman selected Blue Horseshoe as a proven vendor within the industry for our extensive knowledge of both Microsoft and Manhattan applications. Blue Horseshoe integrated the Microsoft Great Plains application with Manhattan SCALE. Blue Horseshoe also helped provide customized EDI interface capabilities with Simplehuman’s EDI vendor. Supporting UPS and FedEx amongst others, this eliminated their previous stand-alone shipping applications.

Blue Horseshoe helped deliver an integrated solution for Simplehuman. The SCALE solution helped provide carrier rate shopping functionality which has help Simplehuman reduce carrier freight costs. Email alerts were also setup to email Simplehuman’s customers as their orders shipped. Blue Horseshoe provided a custom freight container tracking solution which has helped provide Simplehuman with visibility to PO’s/containers that are coming from overseas.
